Say goodbye to the other half; now BroadFax Receive allows faxes to go directly to your computer, so you can view your faxes right on the screen! Our fax to email software is our newest product to come out.

When a fax comes in through BroadFax Receive it will automatically email a designated email account with a notice of the fax, and an attachment of the fax itself. If you like, you may further distribute incoming faxes by using a predetermined distribution list

If you still prefer having hard copies of incoming faxes, BroadFax can automatically send the fax to your local printer.

Keeping track of your faxes is two clicks away with our integrated reporting tool. See the information of each fax listed in an easy to read format. The Fax Report includes the fax number of those who faxed you, when the fax was received, how many pages the fax was, and more!

Add-on To Enhance your BroadFax Receive Fax to Email

As an extended feature, Receive can also be configured to share one fax receive number and automatically email faxes to its intended recipients. By scanning and "reading" the first page of an incoming document, BroadFax Receive can determine who the actual recipient is. If the recipient is known, the email/fax will be delivered directly into their inbox.

These faxes can be forwarded in the standard TIF format that faxes are normally sent in, or the fax can be converted to a Word document. This feature allows for easy editing of documents like reports and contracts.
